HOW IT WORKS
01/
LAYING THE FOUNDATION
We’ll begin with an in-depth survey. We’ll look at inspiration images, furniture styles, and finish samples together to learn what you love and just as importantly, what you don’t like. We’ll chat about your personal history, your priorities, how you spend your time, and what you want your finished space to say about you. This time together will help set the foundation for our work throughout the project.
02/ DREAMING BIG
We’ll measure and photograph your space, create floor plans and elevations, and specify each element of the design to present to you. We share our ideas and solutions using both digital presentation methods and real materials that you can touch and feel, like rug and wallpaper samples. This is the fun part where we start to get a sense of how materials work together, and compare textures, fabrics, and colors in real life — not just on a screen. We’ll also begin to put together a realistic budget at this stage.
03/ MAKING IT HAPPEN
Our time together is collaborative so we’ll hone in every last detail through revisions until it’s oh-so-perfect. Then, we’ll kick things into gear with a construction timeline, and all of the ordering. We’ll do regular check-ins to manage moving timelines, budget, fulfillment, and all other aspects of the project.
04/ FINISHING TOUCHES
As a counterpoint to all that planning we do, the finishing touches are all about being in the moment. We’ll display your things in thoughtful ways and add in unexpected touches. We make sure every single detail is in place, ready for you to love on and live in.
When your transformation is complete, we’ll deliver a binder that captures the details of your project, and you’ll live happily and stylishly ever after.
